Their moving trucks have features standard rental trucks lack that make them less than ideal for moving. Each U-Haul rental truck has an easy-to-load low deck, which makes loading and unloading your furniture and belongings much easier. They’re also built specifically for moving and not freight, unlike most rental trucks. That means they have aerodynamic and gentle ride suspension built in!
Being built specifically for moving means these trucks also have individual seats for the driver and passenger, unlike regular moving trucks that have a bench seat instead. Another big difference is that while most moving trucks take expensive diesel fuel, U-Haul moving trucks take unleaded fuel, which is cheaper! Through our partnership with U-Haul, we hope to make your moving experience that much more seamless.
All you need to do to rent one of our moving trucks is to give the nearest storage facility a call – they’ll get you set up and make your moving process that much easier. We don’t just offer moving trucks, either – our self storage units are perfect for those moving or renovating, and many of our locations also sell boxes, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies!
