They broke off the lock that we had our stuff locked in and they used their lock to lock it. They told my husband to come by anytime during business hours to get into the unit. So the day comes for us to move our stuff and no one is there onsite. They told my husband that they could not unlock it on the only day that was available to move our stuff out and said that we had to wait two days later. They recommended a locksmith, but said it is our responsibility to pay for the service. No one seems to care enough to drive to unlock the unit when it’s clearly not our fault that they do not have anyone at the facility. The customer service reps want to joke about how long it would take to get from Hot Springs to Little Rock and honestly that is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this storage facility because even if the last guy working in Little Rock got fired, they should have someone onsite everyday that they are opened. This place is a joke. So the regional manager was able to help us get into our unit. She came even when we were told she couldn’t make it until the next day. We really appreciate her for being willing to help us after we were already having a trying day. I’m sure she was very busy with dealing with other customers having issues due to the storm, but it was greatly appreciated.

If you’re in need of a storage unit I can’t recommend these people enough!!
