The unit is clean and I've never had a problem with bugs and the facility is safe and I don't have to worry about the security. Glenda in the office has always went above and beyond and out of her way to help and assist me any way she can. She's always so friendly and so sweet and has always felt like family to me. She's so caring and has always asked about me if my boys call or visit the office. I can't say enough good things about her and the storage mall. She always has a smile on her face. I've been with this place for two years thank you Glenda for everything!!!
