My initial review was less than 1 star after a horrible customer service phone call experience "after hours". However, the main office during business hours made up for it and got me taken care of. My only issue is that access hrs are not 24 hrs and after hrs issues are not able to be handled by whoever they have answering the phones. We are in day 3 of storage so we shall see if it improves.

Great facility but even Greater people! Sherry is fantastic!! I have a long story but to sum it up..I haven't been an easy customer to ... Great facility but even Greater people! Sherry is fantastic!! I have a long story but to sum it up..I haven't been an easy customer to deal with and have only gotten tons of patience and assistance. After almost loosing everything bc of terrible circumstances Sherry and even upper management really went above and beyond to help me salvage what I do have left. I can't express how much appreciate them.
