It would have been an understatement to say I couldn’t think of how the experience with storing within Mini Mall Storage Hot Springs-Malvern could have been improved. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal though. I had a billing issue and Joseph made it a priority to help me get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue.
